Allen Meadows - Score: 88-91 (2022 January)

A slightly toasty nose freely offers up its aromas of dark berries, poached plum, anise and exotic tea wisps. There is very good energy to the supple, round and utterly delicious medium-bodied flavors that conclude in a dusty and mildly tangy finish that is probably due to the abundant gas and my projected range offers the benefit of the doubt.
